Cradle and Saddles

Thanks to this accessory, the stability and the holding of your drum are guaranteed during its transport, as well as in stocking.

Staving

All of our drums can be fitted with metallic staving (patent/brevet:  85.15222) that best protects the cable.

An optimized volume and mass allows for a totally secured transport.

We design and manufacture made-to-order machines.  They are designed to best meet the needs of the precise specifications of our customers.
Their use is adapted to workshops as well as on-site locations.

Winding/Unwinding Machines

These machines are made up of motorized winders or rollers which allow the drums to rotate, by being held by rollers/winders and a belt.
Power for the motorization: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic.

Winches

This machine is used for unwinding the cable from the drum by taking it from its axis and letting it rotate with the help of a cable guide.
This can be used in the workshop, on-site or off-shore.
The power of the motorization: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic.

Two and Three Track Pulling Device

This machine enables the cable to be pulled at a constant speed and force.
The power of the motorization: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic.

Stavinge

This machine allows for the rotation of the drum with the help of the motorized roll and crimping the plates of the staving of the drum.
The power of the motorization: electric.
The power of the crimping tools: hydraulic.

These drums are intended for a one-off, one-time use and are designed and developed according to the specifications of the customer.

They meet the calculation requirements needed (offshore marine rules or the internal rule of the customer.

We pay particular attention to following the production and the materials used to create a manufacturer’s file, to be eventually validated by a third party.
